Looking for something fast and nutritious in the morning? This is easy to put together and will keep you going for a few hours. It only requires some fresh fruit, granola and yogurt. I use soy yogurt and non-fat, low-sugar granola.
Each serving takes
- ½ cup of granola, CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE
- ½ cup of yogurt and
- ½ cup of sliced fruit.
Starting by layering one-half of the granola in a bowl, then layer one-half of the yogurt and then add one-half of the fruit. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. That’s all there is to it!
